Placing an Order
Step 1: SHOP
Browse through merchandise by selecting the category you would like to shop for in the left navigation (see image to right). Use the quick search feature in the upper right corner of our site to quickly find a particular style. Browse these categories
Narrow your search by selecting your size and/or width. Modify your selection

 

Step 2: ADD TO CART
Select your size and width in the drop-down menu. If your size and width are not listed in the drop-down, then your size is out of stock.
Select the quantity you would like to purchase.
Click the "ADD TO CART" button.
Add to Cart
View your item(s) in the shopping cart and click the "Checkout" button. Shopping Cart

 

Step 3: CHECKOUT
New Customers:
Click on the "Continue" button on the "Checkout Options" page. You will have the option to create an account during the checkout process.

Customer/Shipping Information
  • Fill in your customer information. This must match the billing address on your credit card.
  • Enter any coupon codes or gift certificate codes.
  • Select your email preference.
  • Select you account preference and if you would like to create an account enter your password.
  • Fill in your shipping information.
  • Select your shipping method.
  • Type in any special instructions for our staff.
  • Click the "Continue" button.
Final review and Payment
  • Review your Shopping Cart and verify that the information is correct.
  • Enter your credit card number, type and expiration date.
  • Then click the "Complete Order" button once.
Order Summary
Return Customers:
If you have not signed in already and have created an account with us in the past, enter your email address and password on the "Checkout Options" page and click on the "Log In" button. This step is skipped if you have already signed in.

Billing/Shipping Information
  • Verify that your billing information and shipping information is correct. Your billing information must match the billing information on your credit card. If your information is not correct, edit the information.
  • Enter any promotion codes or gift certificate codes.
  • Select the address you would like this information shipped to if there is more than one address stored.
  • Select your desired shipping method.
  • Click the "Continue" button.

Final review and Payment
  • Review your Shopping Cart and verify that the information is correct.
  • Enter your credit card number, type and expiration date.
  • Then click the "Complete Order" button once.

Order Process

The first step of the Order Process is Checkout, which consists of a series of pages collecting the information we need to process your order (Billing, Shipping, Payment Information, etc.)

After completing the Checkout process, you should receive two emails from Joe's New Balance Outlet...

Order Confirmation - This email is sent immediately following the submission of your order and provides a summary of your order. If you do not receive this email within 1 hour of completing the Checkout process, there is likely a problem with the email transmission. Please contact Customer Care at (866) 590-4965.

Shipping Confirmation - This email confirms the shipment of your order and is typically sent within 2 business days upon the completion of the Checkout process.

At this point, your order should arrive in accordance with the availability noted and the shipping option selected during the Checkout process. In addition, you may track the status of your order online by using our Track Your Order Tool.

Based on our licensing agreement with New Balance Athletic Shoe, Inc., we are restricted from fulfilling orders being shipped to an address outside of the United States. As a result, we do not have the authority to service international customers.

To protect our customers, we verify the shipping and billing addresses with credit card companies when processing orders. If you are having merchandise shipped to an address other than your billing address, please contact your credit card company and make sure your account notes the alternate address.

Check or Money Order
As a convenience, we also accept checks or money orders. Please call our Customer Care department to place the order and receive a confirmation number to include with your payment. This will expedite processing once the check or money order is received. We will provide information regarding your order status by email once processing has been completed.

About Sales Tax - Joe's New Balance Outlet is required to collect tax on orders shipping to the following states: AL, AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, IN, MD, MI, MO, NC, OH, TN, TX, VA, WA, WI. We do not benefit in any way from the collection of sales tax. All collected tax is remitted directly to the appropriate taxing jurisdiction.
 
E-Gift Certificates - No sales tax is charged when buying Joe's New Balance Outlet E-Gift Certificates. The appropriate sales tax will be charged on the purchase when the E-Gift Certificate is redeemed.
