| Order Process |
The first step of the Order Process is Checkout, which consists of a series of pages collecting the
information we need to process your order (Billing, Shipping, Payment Information, etc.)
After completing the Checkout process, you should receive two emails from Joe's New Balance Outlet...
Order Confirmation - This email is sent immediately following the submission of your order and
provides a summary of your order. If you do not receive this email within 1 hour of
completing the Checkout process, there is likely a problem with the email transmission. Please contact Customer Care at
(866) 590-4965.
Shipping Confirmation - This email confirms the shipment of your order and is typically sent within 2 business days upon the completion of the Checkout process.
At this point, your order should arrive in accordance with the availability noted and the shipping option
selected during the Checkout process. In addition, you may track the status of your order online by using our
Track Your Order Tool.

Orders outside the U.S. |

Joe's New Balance Outlet is a United States based company. As a result, orders being shipped
to an address outside the United States (including U.S. Territories) are considered international.
Based on our licensing agreement with New Balance Athletic Shoe, Inc., we are restricted from fulfilling
orders being shipped to an address outside of the United States. As a result, we do not have
the authority to service international customers.
If your country is not listed above, New Balance Athletic Shoe, Inc. has requested that all
requests for international orders be referred to their corporate web site,
www.newbalance.com.

To protect our customers, we verify the shipping and billing addresses with credit card
companies when processing orders. If you are having merchandise shipped to an address other
than your billing address, please contact your credit card company and make sure your account
notes the alternate address.

| Check or Money Order |
| As a convenience, we also accept checks or money orders. Please call our Customer Care
department to place the order and receive a confirmation number to include with your payment.
This will expedite processing once the check or money order is received. We will provide
information regarding your order status by email once processing has been completed. |

| Sales Taxes |
About Sales Tax - Joe's New Balance Outlet is required to collect
tax on orders shipping to the following states: AL, AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, IN, MD, MI, MO, NC, OH, TN, TX, VA, WA, WI.
We do not benefit in any way from the collection of sales tax. All collected tax is
remitted directly to the appropriate taxing jurisdiction.
E-Gift Certificates - No sales tax is charged when buying
Joe's New Balance Outlet E-Gift Certificates. The appropriate sales tax will be
charged on the purchase when the E-Gift Certificate is redeemed. |
