Does 'closeout' mean defective? |
 |
A 'closeout' shoe is not defective.
Closeout shoes are the remaining inventory of a style that is no longer manufactured.
New Balance Athletic Shoe, Inc. may have updated the technology, or the look of the
shoe, or both. It is also possible that a style may not be replaced. Closeout styles
appearing on our site offer a chance to save big on a high-quality shoe. |

What are 'Factory Seconds'? |
 |
"Factory Seconds" are brand new, and in
the original packaging. Generally, these shoes have very minor cosmetic blemishes which
may include an off stitch or minor imperfection in the dye. These styles meet New Balance
specifications in every other way, and in no way affect the performance of the shoe. |

How do I find out if you carry my shoe size and width? |
 |
There is a search tool featured on the JoesNewBalanceOutlet.com
homepage that allows you to shop by gender, size and width. Once you select your specifications, the website
is then searched for shoes that match your needs. You can also narrow your search by size and width on the
category pages. If you do not see a selection in the drop down menu, we do not have the size available. |

Why does my order say
"special order?" |

If we do not have your requested item in our inventory, it may be shipped from one of our other warehouses. When merchandise is special ordered, on average it takes 4-7 days for your item(s) to reach you. Expedited shipping is not available for special-ordered items. |

How do I purchase a gift certificate? |
